The preferred method of payment for all Burnout Bazaar orders is PayPal, although UK customers are also welcome to pay by cheque by prior arrangement. You do not need a PayPal account to be able to make payments in that way as PayPal accepts credit/debit cards. If you pay by cheque, your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.

Please try to ensure that your payment reaches us within 3 days of order. If you have a query or problem regarding your payment, please let me know as soon as possible. Should your payment not have arrived within 7 days of order, and no other arrangement has been agreed, this will be considered non-payment which will result in the transaction being cancelled and negative feedback being left.

Items will normally be sent 1-2 days after payment is received, depending on time/day you paid. Unless otherwise stated Royal Mail 1st Class will be used for UK shipping and Airmail for international shipping. If you require an extra/alternative service such as next day delivery, tracking or insurance, please advise at time of purchase as additional payment may be required. As a guideline, parcels generally take 2 days from date posted for delivery within the UK and 10 days to the USA but can take longer due to adverse weather conditions, holidays, strikes and customs.

Burnout Bazaar accepts no responsibility for losses, damages and delays within the postal service but will always assist in finding a satisfactory solution. Any additional charges for customs clearance or import tax remain the customer's responsibility.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that correct address details, including postal codes, are provided at time of purchase. This is especially true if you require the item to be sent to an alternative address.

Items are normally packaged in an attractive bag, box or tissue paper as appropriate then popped into a padded envelope or cushioned box. Gift purchases can be giftwrapped with a greeting, normally at no extra cost, if requested at time of purchase.

Burnout Bazaar reuses/recycles packaging wherever practical to keep postage costs low and reduce environmental impact.

If you require a commissioned item or personalisation of an advertised item, please strike up a conversation. Burnout Bazaar is happy to undertake commissions wherever possible and will keep you informed during the design process to ensure you will be happy with the results. Please note that once work has started on a commissioned item, it cannot be cancelled or returned and any further design alterations requested will be undertaken only at the discretion of Burnout Bazaar and may incur additional costs.

All handmade items are produced and stored in a pet-free, smoke-free environment. Vintage and recycled/upcycled items may have had an unknown past before they came into my hands but I will describe them as accurately as possible.
